A 1970 graduate of New York University Law School, I have served with the Council on Foreign Relations in its Winston Lord Roundtable on Asia and its U.S.-Asia Update Roundtable. I have also functioned in numerous capacities with the New York City Bar Association, including on the Committee on Professional and Judicial Ethics and the Council on International Affairs. I am an officer of the American Foreign Law Association.
