From 1980 to 1983, Kenneth T. Wasserman practiced law at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost Colt & Mosle, working on the Amoco Cadiz oil spill litigation, what was then the largest oil spill in the world.

Mr. Wasserman then worked at several small litigation boutiques, in practice of commercial and international law.

In 1996, with over a decade of experience, Kenneth T. Wasserman started his own boutique litigation firm.
